All CIDA Members must comply with the above Code of Conduct. With permission the Code has been based on the Code of Professional Conduct adopted by the UK Institute of Directors in August of this year. Members may therefore be confident that the Code is current and equal to the highest international standard.
CIDA Members should also comply with CIMA's Statement of Guidance - Corporate Governance and Directors' Duties for Licensees
