All CIDA Members must comply with the above Code of Conduct which was adoppted by CIDA in October 2008. With permission the Code has been based on the Code of Professional Conduct adopted by the UK Institute of Directors in August 2008. Members may therefore be confident that the Code is equal to the highest international standard.
CIDA Members should also comply with CIMA's Statement of Guidance - Corporate Governance and Directors' Duties for Licensees
