The development of a code of conduct and best practice for Cayman Islands hedge fund directors is one of the first tasks the Association seeks to accomplish. Until such a code is developed members are advised to refer to the following :
The Cayman Islands Directors Association will hold their first AGM at 3.00 pm on Tuesday 27th May at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Grand Cayman. The Association presently has 103 members.
